Members

Membership of LAML, upon successful application, is open to all 32 London Boroughs together with the City Corporation of London and the Greater London Authority.

The membership statuses within LAML are:

Member

A London Authority who has subscribed to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of LAML. Members do not participate financially in the fortunes of the mutual and do not have a vote other than in matters relating to any change in LAML's rules.

Participating Member

A member who has taken out insurance with LAML. A participating member participates financially in the fortunes of the mutual and has a vote, which can be exercised at any Annual General Meeting and extraordinary general meeting of LAML.
