Commercial leasehold property and Right To Buy housing are not within the mutual's underwriting appetite and terms cannot be offered in respect of property which falls within these classifications.

Member's Deductible

As a condition of membership a Member is required to take a deductible on their major risks (Property, Liability and Terrorism) at the level of their existing deductible or £100,000 any one occurrence, whichever is the greater.
